Summer offers an opportunity for seasonal-themed curriculum that children love. Think of all the summer traditions – campfires, roasting marshmallows, cold treats, water activities and off-site excursions. We work hard to create a fun summer camp for children that will distinguish it from the rest of the school year.
Each school plans activities that take advantage of their community resources. Have a zoo nearby? Perfect for a field trip. Is there a Kona-ice truck around? We’ll invite them for a visit. Parents are given advanced notice if they need to prepare a bag lunch or provide bathing suit and towel. Our school provides all the great things that go into creating a memorable adventure in the minds of a Growing Room child.
